Leasing Questions
No appointment is necessary to tour our community, however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to ensure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Please arrive no later than one-half hour before closing if you would like to tour the property. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.
Our apartment homes are priced individually based on the amenities and features.
Application fees are $50 per person18 and older occupying the apartment. You may pay these online by credit card. In addition to our application fees, there is a one-time administrative fee of $100. All application and administrative fees are nonrefundable.

Residents are responsible for all utilities. For up to date utility information, please get in touch with the office. Residents are responsible for additional items such as cable and internet services.
The security deposit starts at $250 and can range up to the equivalent of two months' rent. Security deposits may vary based on an individual or group's application results. Please get in touch with the office for additional, up to date information.
Rent is always due on the first, however, if you do not pay all rent on or before the 5th day of the month, you'll pay a late charge of 5% of the rental payment.
You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.
No, our community does not accept partial payments for rent or any other charges. Your account balance will be paid in full by the first of each month. However, we do offer a grace period through the fifth. The Cole is happy to share that we offer alternative payment options. For more information, please get in touch with our leasing team.
We allow up to two pets per apartment, including dogs and cats! Our community does not have any breed restrictions, which means you and your pet can live comfortably in a pet-friendly environment. There is a one time non-refundable fee of $350 per pet. Monthly pet rent is $30 per pet. View our full pet policy for more information.
Resident Questions
Yes, a resident is able to break the lease if the lease buy-out has been paid in full. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment. Please ensure you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your property manager, as there could be unique circumstances.
Service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please get in touch with the property manager as soon as possible in this situation. You must provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.
We are proud to offer a resident referral program at our community. Refer your friends and family for one of our apartment homes and receive a $500 rent credit. You may call the office, send an email, or leave a message with the answering service. You may also submit work orders online if enrolled in our online services.
Yes, if someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate parking. If someone is permanently moving in or staying longer than 14 days, they will need to fill out an application to be added to your lease agreement.
We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, before moving out. If you need to move out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days before the lease expires to provide your written notice.
Yes, there are cable companies that service the area. You can ask our leasing office about deals from our local representative.
Personal grills are not permitted within the community, however, we have outdoor grilling stations for your convenience and enjoyment.
If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office and someone from our team will let you back into your apartment or garage. Please do not call emergency maintenance-- you must contact a locksmith if you are locked out after normal business hours.
If you have lost your keys, you can have new keys made at our office during normal business hours. A small fee will be charged for the new keys.
